Interview

Dr. Maddalena will interview the coachee and the coachee’s manager, administer an assessment, then obtain feedback from colleagues to create a comprehensive Assessment Report

Analysis

Coachee will receive a debrief of the Assessment Report with the support of the coach, recommending areas for growth and development.

Contract

The Coach and Coach will develop a Coaching Contract with the approval of the Coachee’s manager identifying goals, timeframes, and scheduled update meetings.

Develop

Coach and Coachee will follow the Coaching Contract, developing confidence and effective team leadership to inspire performance and build effective working relationships.

Review

The final session will enlist the participation of the coachee’s manager to review progress and identify a plan for continuous development.
